This website is owned and operated by i-Tong(HK) Catering Equipment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter "the Company").

These terms and conditions, the company is to provide products or services (hereinafter "you") when browsing, using and inquiring about this website, you may not change any terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using this website. By using this website or any part thereof, you agree that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

In case of discrepancy, the Chinese version of these terms and conditions shall prevail.

In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.

 1. General terms

  • The company will make every effort to ensure that the product information listed on this website is updated. And reserves the right to change product information and prices without prior notice.

  • For all information, price inquiries and supply of goods, if the company fails to provide any products or services you have ordered, the company will notify you by phone or email before placing the order, and has the right to refuse to accept the order.

  • The prices of products on this site may vary from those of other entities due to individual promotions.

  • The price of the product is based on the price on the day you order the product.

  • In the event that a product is incorrectly priced or out of stock, the Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders for incorrect prices.

  • The company will make every effort to ensure that the actual size, dimension and color of the products on this website are different.

  • If any product is sold out or out of stock, the company will not give prior notice.

  • By browsing on this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms and conditions.


2. Security

  •  The company is committed to protecting your personal data, and the data filled in will be collected, processed and stored in accordance with the provisions of the "Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance" Chapter 486 of the Laws of Hong Kong.


3. Price

  •   All product prices on this website are calculated in Hong Kong dollars.

  • You must pay the full amount of the order or half of the order amount when submitting the order. If you are unable to make the payment, the company  will not accept the order. The company will send a confirmation email after accepting the order. If you encounter any problems and cannot pay, please contact our customer service department at +852 3621 0819 to assist you in completing the transaction. The company reserves the right to change the payment terms of any order at any time without prior notice.

  • The company has the right to terminate any suspicious orders without prior notice, and will not compensate or assume any responsibility for any loss or damage caused.

  • The Company will not be liable for any payment fraud.


4. Delivery / Pickup Service

  • After the company confirms the payment, if the product is in stock, it will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days. The delivery range is only in Hong Kong, Kowloon and the New Territories, while the airport, Park Island and outlying islands require additional delivery fees.

  • Stairs are not included for delivery products. Customers need to confirm that there is an elevator at the delivery location. The delivery site must be unobstructed, accessible and safe on flat roads; For additional handling, the relevant cost will be quoted according to the situation*. In addition, if the delivery location does not declare the above relevant conditions (*) in advance, the transportation and staff have the right to stop all delivery and installation processes, and charge the freight ($1000).

  • If it is necessary to use coolies to go upstairs or lift equipment over other objects, the company will recover the coolie fee ($1500-$2000).

  • If the transportation environment does not allow it, the customer also requires forced delivery, and all damages (such as any damage/traces on the refrigerator door and product casing will not be returned) will be borne by the customer.

  • If there is insufficient space inside and outside the elevator at the delivery location or along the way to the site without pre-arranged viewing, the transportation and installation colleagues have the right to refuse delivery and installation due to safety reasons.

  • If customers need to collect old refrigerators, they need to inform in advance before delivery, and need to pay extra for arrangement. The required fee will be quoted according to the volume.

  • Each single transaction can only be delivered once and installed on the same day; if the customer needs to separate the date for delivery or installation due to any problems, installation cannot be done due to site problems, or separate delivery, you need to pay an additional $600 as a surcharge + shipping fee.

  • The delivery date or the need to change the delivery period must be notified at least 7 working days in advance for arrangement. (Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not counted as working days) Otherwise, the transportation company will charge an additional fee of $600. If you need to modify the confirmed delivery time, please notify 3 days in advance. If you decide to change the delivery time on the day of delivery, we will The company will not make any arrangements. The goods will be shipped within the time limit from the confirmed delivery time, the overdue deposit will be voided, and even a storage fee of $100 per item per day will be charged.

  • When the Observatory announces that typhoon signal No. 8 or above is hoisted in the next two hours, the company's delivery service and customer service department will gradually stop providing services.

  • When the red/black rainstorm warning is in force, the delivery service will be suspended or the delivery time will be determined separately depending on the prevailing situation.

  • For each single transaction, the consignee must sign for the goods to complete the delivery.

  • Once the deposit or full payment is received, the order cannot be canceled and cannot be refunded. The balance needs to be paid off or credited before delivery to arrange transportation and delivery. Before the payment is settled or the check is not transferred, the ownership of the above-mentioned goods still belongs to the company.

  • The company will make every effort to ensure that the products purchased by customers are in good condition when they are shipped.

  • If the company has delivered the goods to the designated place according to the agreed date and time, but fails to contact the consignee designated by the customer (hereinafter referred to as the "consignee") and the delivery fails, the company will arrange to deliver the goods again and have The right to charge additional shipping costs to the customer or consignee. The company will not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from the above.

  • When receiving the goods, the consignee must immediately check the ordered products and count the quantity. If you find any problem with the product or it does not match the ordered quantity, please indicate it on the receipt and notify our customer service department +852 3621 0819 immediately to arrange a replacement.

  • All man-made and accidental risks related to the goods after receipt shall be borne by the buyer.

  • ​After confirming the order, customers are not allowed to change the pick-up date for 3 times or more or change to receive the goods by delivery.

  • When picking up the goods, the customer must immediately check the ordered products and count the quantity. If there is any problem with the product or does not match the ordered quantity, please notify the company's staff immediately.

  • ​The customer must pick up the goods at the designated place on the pre-arranged date and time. If the goods are overdue, the company has the right to charge the member storage fee in units of days.

  • Customers need to pick up the goods at the designated pick-up location in person. If the guest is unable to go in person, he can entrust someone else to pick it up on his behalf. The representative must present a copy of the order and signed supporting documents. After the representative picks up the goods, the company will record the relevant information.​

  • If any information is missing in the authorization letter or the agent fails to produce the order or supporting documents, the company has the right to refuse to let the agent pick up the goods. 

  • The company has the right to refuse to replace the products that have been signed for.


5. Amendments and Changes to the Terms and Conditions

  • The company reserves the right to amend and change the above terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the company reserves the right of final decision.

  • You must review these terms and conditions yourself before confirming any order. Once the order is submitted, it means that you have read, understood and accepted the then effective terms and conditions.
